Community Health Needs Assessment
Mercy Health is committed to understanding and addressing the most pressing needs within the communities we serve. As part of this commitment, we conduct a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) on a regular basis. These assessments help identify priority health needs and guide our efforts to deliver meaningful outreach, education, prevention, and wellness initiatives so resources are directed where they can make the greatest impact.
